Inclusion Criteria
- •The elderly patient with a proximal intracapsular femoral fracture who should be treated with a hemi\-arthroplasty.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Multiple trauma patient
- •Pathological fracture
- •Symptomatic coxarthritis at the ipsilateral side
- •Osteosynthesis revision.
