Inclusion Criteria
Patients between 3 and 15 years with enlarged adenoids with or without tonsillar enlargement, with or without middle ear effusion
Exclusion Criteria
1. Nasal obstruction secondary severe deviated nasal septum/inferior turbinates enlarged both sides.
2. Associated congenital anatomical malformations and medical co- morbidities.
3. Patients prescribed corticosteroid nasal spray.
