- •Recreational athletes- Subjects involving in activities for a minimum of at least 24 weeks a year
排除标准
- •Subject having any recent surgery involving upper or lower trunk Subjectswith Spine Pathology
- •(PIVD,tumours ,spondylolisthesis ,spondylitis,spondylosis )
- •Subjects having any known musculoskeletal injuries
- •(Strain, Sprain, Fracture, Arthritis, Dislocation)
- •Postural deformities example -scoliosis, kyphosis , lordosis
- •Any medical condition contra-indicating participation in core stability exercises
