Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed patients of patellofemoral pain syndrome by orthopeadician
- •Patient who has NPRS score greater than 5
- •Patients who have provocation of retro patellar or anterior knee pain while performing activities like squatting kneeling stair climbing and descending
Exclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosed cases of osteoarthritis knee
- •Diagnosed cases of severe pathological conditions of knee and lower limb
- •Patients with hyperlaxity of ligaments.
- •Non healed fracture of lower limb.
- •Patients who has history of patellar dislocation.
- •Diagnosed cases of congenital deformities
- •History of lower limb surgeries.
- •Antenatal women
