Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosed patients of patellofemoral pain syndrome by orthopeadician
  • Patient who has NPRS score greater than 5
  • Patients who have provocation of retro patellar or anterior knee pain while performing activities like squatting kneeling stair climbing and descending

Exclusion Criteria

  • Diagnosed cases of osteoarthritis knee
  • Diagnosed cases of severe pathological conditions of knee and lower limb
  • Patients with hyperlaxity of ligaments.
  • Non healed fracture of lower limb.
  • Patients who has history of patellar dislocation.
  • Diagnosed cases of congenital deformities
  • History of lower limb surgeries.
  • Antenatal women
