- •Subjects above 30 years of age diagnosed as hypertensive and on hypertensive treatment and living in the field practice area of study center.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Subjects who are physically and psychologically unwell to comprehend the instructions.
- •b. Subjects with difficult hearing.
- •c. Pregnant and lactating mothers
