Medial compartment OA knee diagonosed knee using radiography
Kellegran and Lawrence grading 2 or 3
Bilateral Involvement
Diagnosed as pronated foot by Foot posture index(FPI)
An ability to walk independently on a flat surface without any ambulatory assistive device
History of the knee surgery
Tricompartment, Bicompartment and lateral Compartmental OA
Inflammatory arthritis
Periarticular fracture
Use of Orthosis previously prescribed
Neurological problem involving affectecd OA knee
Severe coexisting medical morbidity for example unstable angina
