Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Medial compartment OA knee diagonosed knee using radiography
  • Kellegran and Lawrence grading 2 or 3
  • Bilateral Involvement
  • Diagnosed as pronated foot by Foot posture index(FPI)
  • An ability to walk independently on a flat surface without any ambulatory assistive device

Exclusion Criteria

  • History of the knee surgery
  • Tricompartment, Bicompartment and lateral Compartmental OA
  • Inflammatory arthritis
  • Periarticular fracture
  • Use of Orthosis previously prescribed
  • Neurological problem involving affectecd OA knee
  • Severe coexisting medical morbidity for example unstable angina
