Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Medial compartment OA knee diagonosed knee using radiography
- •Kellegran and Lawrence grading 2 or 3
- •Bilateral Involvement
- •Diagnosed as pronated foot by Foot posture index(FPI)
- •An ability to walk independently on a flat surface without any ambulatory assistive device
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of the knee surgery
- •Tricompartment, Bicompartment and lateral Compartmental OA
- •Inflammatory arthritis
- •Periarticular fracture
- •Use of Orthosis previously prescribed
- •Neurological problem involving affectecd OA knee
- •Severe coexisting medical morbidity for example unstable angina
