Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Medial compartment OA knee diagonosed knee using radiography
  • •Kellegran and Lawrence grading 2 or 3
  • •Bilateral Involvement
  • •Diagnosed as pronated foot by Foot posture index(FPI)
  • •An ability to walk independently on a flat surface without any ambulatory assistive device

Exclusion Criteria

  • •History of the knee surgery
  • •Tricompartment, Bicompartment and lateral Compartmental OA
  • •Inflammatory arthritis
  • •Periarticular fracture
  • •Use of Orthosis previously prescribed
  • •Neurological problem involving affectecd OA knee
  • •Severe coexisting medical morbidity for example unstable angina
