- •Consenting adult patients of either sex, belonging to ASA status I or II with body weight between 45-70 kg and height of 150-180 cm, scheduled for surgical procedures involving lower abdomen, inguinal, genitourinary, perineal, rectal or lower extremities
排除标准
- •Patients with history of coagulation disorders, skin infection at site of injection, anatomic abnormalities of spinal cord, vertebral bodies or sacrum, raised intracranial tension, pregnancy, raised blood pressure or heart rate, patient refusal and hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics
