Inclusion Criteria

1.Single live intrauterine gestation GA >38 weeks

2.Patient with first or second trimester ultrasound report

3.Pregnant woman willing for trial.

4.All Nulligravida / Primi Gravida.

5.Pregnant woman with age group of 18 to 35 years.

6.Pregnant women fit for Basti.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Preclampsia

2.Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM)

3.Anemia with Hb% less than 9gm%

4.Previous C- Section

5.Ante partum Heamorrhge

6.Multiple pregnancies

7.IUGR

8.Pregnant women with known systemic disorders like Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Tuberculosis, renal disorders, cardiac disorders, etc.
