- •patients undergoing elective proximal humerus or shoulder surgery.
- •ASA grades I-III
排除标准
- •Patients refusing to participate in the study.
- •History of allergy to local anesthetics.
- •Patients with coagulopathy or infection at the site of block.
- •Patients with psychiatric illness or cognitive dysfunction.
- •Patients having severe pulmonary disease.
- •Patients with preexisting neuropathy of upper limb.
- •Patients with preexisting diaphragmatic dysfunction.
- •Patients with body mass index (BMI) of >35kg/m2.
