- •2 Patient fit for virechana karma.
- •3 Patient fit for Dhanyamla sarvang dhara.

- •1 Patient having life threatening disorder & any other complications.
- •2 Patient having severe Diabetes and Hypertension
- •3 Patient with evidence of cardiac, renal, or hepatic involvement.
- •4 Patient severe Hypothyrodism
- •Patient with long term steroid treatment
