入排标准
入选标准
- •Elderly patients scheduled for total knee arthroplasty under general anesthesia were screened for inclusion.
- •The inclusion criteria were as follows:
- •1\. The age of the patients ranged from 65 to 85;
- •2\. American Association of anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status \- class II and III;
- •3\. Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) \>\= 24 points;
- •4\. Agree to use patient\-controlled intravenous analgesia pump.
排除标准
- •1\. Patients who are unable to communicate because of severe visual or hearing impairment;
- •2\. Patients who refuse to sign informed consent;
- •3\. Simultaneous knee arthroplasty;
- •4\. Patients with preoperative delirium or Parkinson's disease;
- •5\. Patients with recent history or conventional acupuncture treatment;
- •6\. Patients with severe renal failure (Grade 6\) need dialysis.
