Inclusion Criteria
Patients between the age group of 16– 60 years.
The patients with classical signs and symptoms of Dushta Pratishyaya will be selected irrespective of sex, religion and profession.
Patients suffering from maxillary sinusitis/frontal sinusitis/ethmoidal sinusitis.
Patients willing to participate.
Patients those are fit for Nasya karma according to Ayurveda text.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients below age 16 years and above 60 years.
Patients of Pansinusitis.
Patients who require surgical management e.g., cases of nasal polyp.
Patients with history of epistaxis.
Patients not willing for the trial.
