Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Able and willing to provide written informed consent, Age 18 years old or older, Eligible to take HIV PrEP, Male sex at birth

Exclusion Criteria

  • Use of any antibiotics in the previous 3 months, Known contra\-indications or allergy to doxycycline, gluten or lactose, Currently using or planning to use anticoagulants based on vitamin K antagonism (warfarin, acenocoumarol, fenprocoumon)
