Inclusion Criteria
Able and willing to provide written informed consent, Age 18 years old or older, Eligible to take HIV PrEP, Male sex at birth
Exclusion Criteria
Use of any antibiotics in the previous 3 months, Known contra-indications or allergy to doxycycline, gluten or lactose, Currently using or planning to use anticoagulants based on vitamin K antagonism (warfarin, acenocoumarol, fenprocoumon)
