Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •elderly women; 60 and 80 years old; knee arthrosis with grades 2 and 3; knee pain between 3 and 8; body mass index lower than 35 kg/m2; walk independently
Exclusion Criteria
- •Prostheses and / or orthoses in lower limbs; fractures in the last 6 months; hip and ankle arthrosis; dementia stage; physiotherapeutic treatment
