- •1. Age > 18 years
- •2. Admitted to ICU
- •3. Diagnosed with liver failure as
- •3.1 Acute liver failure (ALF) as EASL 20171 and determined using King s College criteria or
- •3.2 Acute on chronic liver failure (ACLF) as APASL 20195 with MELD score at least 30 or AARC score higher or equal to 8
排除标准
- •1. Poor prognostic coexisting disease (e.g. advanced malignancy)
- •2. Uncontrolled bleeding or infections
- •3. Uncontrolled hemodynamics instability
- •4. HIV infection
