Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients with keloids
Exclusion Criteria
1.pregnant patients
2.history of herpes zoster infection; an immunocompromised status
3.presence of infections or skin diseases
4.history of steroid and lidocaine allergy
5. history of keloid treatment within the past 1 year

Name Time Method scar volume every month within the first 1 year, then every 2 months in the second year. photographic measurement,vascularity, height/thickness, pliability, and pigmentation of the keloid every month within the first 1 year, then every 2 months in the second year. Vancouver Scar Scale score
- Secondary Outcome Measures
