Matrix Rhythm Therapy was extensively used in Orthopedic, Neurological and vascular conditions. A new therapeutic and clinical modality matrix rhythm therapy was developed by Dr. Ulrich Georg Randoll is based on research carried out in 1989-1997 at the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery and trauma surgery of Erlangen University Muscle Energy Technique (MET) is an active manual technique in which the physiotherapist does not control corrective force. The patient, in fact, should be able to produce oriented voluntary contraction of varying intensity. we need to identify whether matrix rhythm therapy and muscle energy techniques will have a significant effect on pain, range of motion, and strength in patients with neck pain. So, this study will be carried out with the aim of comparing the effectiveness of matrix rhythm therapy and muscle energy technique (MET) on pain, ROM, and neck muscle strength in patients with neck pain.

  • 18 years to 50 years both male and female,
  • Having a neck pain for at least 3 months.

排除标准

  • Cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy, Undergoing surgical operation for neck pathologies.
