Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. closed intertrochanteric multifragmentary femoral fracture (AO/OTA classification 31A2\)
  • •2\. Treatment with CRIF with cephalomedullary nail surgery
  • •3\. Age \>\= 60 years old
  • •4\. Low energy mechanism

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Multiple injury or concurrent fracture at other site
  • •2\. Prior hip surgery
  • •3\. Can not walk previous to fracture
  • •4\. Incomplete data at 3 months after surgery
