- •1. closed intertrochanteric multifragmentary femoral fracture (AO/OTA classification 31A2)
- •2. Treatment with CRIF with cephalomedullary nail surgery
- •3. Age >= 60 years old
- •4. Low energy mechanism
排除标准
- •1. Multiple injury or concurrent fracture at other site
- •2. Prior hip surgery
- •3. Can not walk previous to fracture
- •4. Incomplete data at 3 months after surgery
