Inclusion Criteria
- •1)Women with symptomatic fibroid
- •2)age 20-40 years
- •3)not responding to medical management
- •4)with 5 or less symptomatic fibroid.
Exclusion Criteria
- •any medical condition contraindicated for pneumoperitoneum
- •diffuse leiomyomata
- •containdication to vasopressin and misoprost
