- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The expected primary outcome is the change in the Child Body Mass Index after the implementation of the program Daycare Centers: Place of Play & Health. Measurements of height and weight will be performed by trained and standardized anthropometrists, following internationally recommended procedures. Use a stadiometer (WCS®) with a scale in millimeters (mm) and a platform-type electronic scale with a capacity of 150 kg and graduation in 100g (Tanita UM-080®) to obtain height and weight, respectively. All measurements will be made twice and at the media used for recording purposes. The Body Mass Index will be calculated by the ratio between weight (kg) and height (meters) squared. The values of the z scores of the Body Mass Index will be calculated from the Anthro program (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Atlanta, United States).
