入选标准
- •1) those who had COPD, 2) those who older than 45 years old, 3) those who had GOLD stage 1, 2, and 3, 4) those who had smartphone and were able to send text messages, and 5) those who were able to communicate.
排除标准
- •1) those who had psychiatric disorders, 2) those who were hospitalized and then discharged within 8 weeks due to COPD exacerbation, 3) those who had less than 93% of saturation in stable state, 4) those whose saturation fell lower to 85% after 6 minute walk test, 5) those who had severe respiratory symptoms while stable state, 6) those who had pulmonary rehabilitation within 12 months, 7) those who had other diseases that make them difficult to do physical activity or exercise, and 8) and those who used additional device to walk or had problems with balance.
