Eligibility Criteria
- Ages
- 17 Years to 41 Years (—)
- Sex
- Female
Inclusion Criteria
- •Hemoglobin between 10 to 11gr/dl
- •\-Age of pregnancy is equal or above 28 weeks
- •\-Parity is equal or less than three
- •\-Willing to participate into the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Mothers who consumed other supplements.
- •Mothers with pregnancy complications such as hypertension, diabetes, others)
- •Mothers with bleeding.
