Hemoglobin between 10 to 11gr/dl
-Age of pregnancy is equal or above 28 weeks
-Parity is equal or less than three
-Willing to participate into the study

Exclusion Criteria

Mothers who consumed other supplements.
Mothers with pregnancy complications such as hypertension, diabetes, others)
Mothers with bleeding.
