Clinically diagnosed patients of Lateral epicondylitis
1. Patients with history of previous treatment within last 6 months for ipsilateral lateral epicondylitis, Other elbow pathologies, cervical radiculopathy/upper limb disorders, previous elbow surgery, malignancy, hemophilia.
2. Any clinical finding suggestive of peripheral nerve (ulnar, radial and median) disease.
3. Mechanical symptoms (locking, clicking, limited motion) of elbow including joint limitations following radius/ulna fracture.
4. Local infection at site of injection or generalized infection.
5. Refusing to participate in study
6. Prior steroid injection in same elbow.
7. Known allergy to steroid or any medications used in study
8. Contraindication of steroid (uncontrolled HTN, DM and pregnancy, breastfeeding)
9. Bilateral lateral epicondylitis.
