- •50 pasienter som skal til elektiv aorto-koronar bypass operasjon randomiseres til 2 grupper a 25 pasienter.

- •Eksklusjonskriterier:
- •Følgende pasienter ekskluderes: Alder: under 18 år eller over 75 år; kroppsvekt ± 30% av idealvekt; EF < 40 %; behov for klaffekirurgi; nyresvikt (serum kreatinin >120 (menn) / > 100 (kvinner) µmol/l); serum natrium >145 mmol/l; hematocrit < 30%. Alvorlig lungesykdom (KOLS). Indikasjon for bruk av Aprotinin.
