入选标准
- •Patients at least 18 years of age undergoing BAL/BW for evaluation for respiratory disease
- •Localized lung lesion (Consolidation/ Mass/ Ground-glass opacities/cavity) undiagnosed after initial investigation (including relevant blood and sputum investigation)
- •Consenting to undergo the study
排除标准
- •Hypoxemic patient (Spo2 < 90% on room air)
- •Unstable angina, uncontrolled arrythmias
- •Hypercapnic respiratory failure (PaO2 > 45 mm Hg)
- •Hemodynamic instability (On any vasopressor)
- •Uncontrolled asthma
- •Uncorrectable coagulopathy
- •Unstable cervical spine
- •Uncooperative patient
