1. have been diagnosed as having colorectal cancer stage 2-3
2. 30 subjects were included

Exclusion Criteria

1. any other systemic diseases e.g. diabetes, myocardial infarction kidney diseases
2. immuno-compromised host
3. allergy for cow milk
4. having a habit for regular taking fermented food
