Inclusion Criteria

age 18 to 65 years, diabetes mellitus type II, diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
Exclusion criteria: other types of neuropathy, pregnancy and lactation, foot ulcer or amputation, consumption of antidepressants, anticonvulsants or other analgesics.
