Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients of age group 18\-80 years
- •American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I, II and III
- •Patients undergoing hip surgery under spinal anesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with history of opioid usage
- •Patients with history of peripheral neuropathy
- •Patients with history of Neuromuscular disorders
- •Polytrauma patients or patients with other fractures
- •Patients with history of bleeding disorders
