Age: 18 to 85 years.
Both genders (male and female)
Diagnosed with ESRD/End Stage Renal Disease
Undergoing HD 3 times a week.
Cardiovascular disease such as: decompensated heart failure, uncontrolled arrhythmia, acute coronary syndrome, congestive cardiac failure grade II.
Pulmonary condition such as emphysema, presence of pulmonary oedema
Body temperature more than 101°F.
Blood sugar over 300 mg/dl with ketones.
Persistent hyperkaliemia before dialysis.
Hemodynamically unstable during the dialysis treatment.
Not suitable for exercise based on physicianâ??s advice.
Musculoskeletal abnormalities restricting exercise.
