- •Fasting blood glucose (92-125 mg/dl),,
- •1-hour blood glucose = 180 mg/dl after 75 grams of oral glucose
- •2-hour blood glucose (153-199 mg/dl) after 75 grams of oral glucose
排除标准
- •Women for whom metformin is contraindicated
- •Diagnosed fetal anomaly
- •Rupture of the fetal membrane at the time of entering the study
- •Presence of any other medical condition
