入选标准
- •Patients scheduled for VATS anatomical lung segmentectomy
- •Written, informed concent has been obtained.
排除标准
- •Dence pleural adhesions
- •History of ipsilateral anatomical lung resection
- •Air leak intraoperative sealing test
- •Blood loss over 200ml
- •Underlying lung disease (emphysema, interstitial pneumonia, etc.)
- •Air leaks from the end of surgery up to 4 hours
- •Discharge over 300ml from the end of surgery up to 4 hours
