Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Type 2 diabetes mellitus individuals with nephropathy having estimated glomerular filtration
- •rate between 15\-90 ml/min/1\.73m2 or with persistent proteinuria
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals with the following will be excluded such as Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes mellitus, stage 5 chronic kidney disease on dialysis or renal transplant, undergone any recent cardiovascular event/procedure in the last 6 months, severe anemia having hemoglobin levels less than 7g/dL, resting systolic blood pressure more than 160 mmHg \&/or resting diastolic blood
- •pressure more than 110 mmHg, absolute contraindications to exercise testing and prescription (based
- •on ACSM), or presently enrolled/engaged in any structured supervised exercise
- •program or involved in vigorous activities, pregnant women and those receiving radiation or chemotherapy, any neuromuscular condition restricting exercise testing and
- •prescription, a peripheral arterial disease with ankle\-brachial index(ABI) value less than 0\.9,
- •newly developed diabetic foot ulcers or amputation of the lower limb
