- •Primary knee osteoarthritis 50-75 years old indicating for knee replacement with Chronic mild to moderate knee pain with Kellgren-Lawrence III-IV
排除标准
- •Flare-up knee osteoarthritis
- •Inflammatory arthritis
- •History of knee trauma or surgery
- •Contraindication for Acetaminophen, Naproxen and Omeprazole
- •Other indications for analgesic drugs
- •Severe pain in knee osteoarthritis
