Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients of both sexes, who undertake hemodialysis three times a week, for a minimum period of three months, which are not physically active, showing reduction in inspiratory muscle strength (PImáx \<70% predicted), and have signed the term of free and informed consent (TCLE).
Exclusion Criteria
- •Hemodynamic instability, amputation, deep vein thrombosis, severe dyspnea, femoral fistula, chest pain, unstable angina, active liver disease, orthopedic impairments, musculoskeletal, neurological and / or cognitive changes that compromise the participation in the proposed protocol, or even those individuals who refusing to sign the consent form free and enlightened (TCLE).
