Inclusion criteria include: over the age of 18 years old; a minimum of literacy; a minimum of 3 months of illness; not suffering from other acute or chronic conditions(cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatic and renal); no speech or hearing impairment; not suffering from mental illness such as severe depression; not under other treatments such as hypnosis, homeopathy, etc; without physical constraints such as fractures, etc; in order to perform relaxation techniques,and not having colon surgery.
Exclusion criteria: People undergoing surgery or suffering from gynecological problems in the past six months being absent at any one time at training sessions; not completing weekly(everyday) checklist by the patients.
