- •Gestational age of 6 to 10 weeks
- •Gestational prediabetes
- •Residence of Karaj City or its suburbs
- •Having a medical record in Comprehensive Health Centers
Exclusion Criteria
- •Chronic diseases
- •Acute or chronic mental diseases
- •A history of previous gestational diabetes
