  • •Gestational age of 6 to 10 weeks
  • •Gestational prediabetes
  • •Residence of Karaj City or its suburbs
  • •Having a medical record in Comprehensive Health Centers

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Chronic diseases
  • •Acute or chronic mental diseases
  • •A history of previous gestational diabetes
