Inclusion Criteria
1. Cases suffering from menopausal syndrome for at least 3 months (ICD-10-CM diagnosis code N95.1)
2. Age 40-55 years
3. Patients who are literate and capable of filling the questionnaire and providing written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who had an artificial menopause and are on HRT
2. Patients having history of breast or reproductive organ cancer
3. Patients with psychiatric diseases
4. Cases suffering from uncontrolled systemic illness or life-threatening infections
5. Cases already undergoing homeopathic treatment for any chronic purpose
6. Substance abuse and/or dependence
