Inclusion Criteria
1. Elderly patients, =60and =90 years of age, in outpatient and inpatients, who have
2. Chronic heart failure (with both preserved and reduced ejection fraction) with The New York Heart Association (NYHA) class 2 to 4 irrespective of etiology and whose treatment has not been modified in the past 4 weeks.
3. Patients having growth hormone deficiency
4. Patients are willing to provide written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Active proliferative or severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,
2.Active malignancy,
3. Any evidence of progression or recurrence of an underlying intracranial tumour
4 Recent myocardial infarction,
5. Severe liver disease, and
6. Serum creatinine levels greater than 2.5 mg/dl.
