Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients aged 80 years and above visiting the outpatient clinic of the internal medicine department of the AMC
Exclusion Criteria
- •We will exclude patients:
- •- who come for a second opinion to the AMC
- •* who have a life expectancy of less than three months according to the attending physician
- •* who are not able to give informed consent
- •* who are diagnosed with dementia as mentioned in their medical history
