- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To verify changes in the adaptive capacity of skeletal muscle and adipose tissue, considering the autophagic tissue flow through biochemical and histopathological analyzes of the adipose and muscle tissues collected through biopsy.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Correlate changes in the adaptive capacity of skeletal muscle and adipose tissue, considering the autophagic tissue flow assessed by biochemical and histopathological analyzes of adipose and muscle tissues with the associated comorbidities in the study population, for example, insulin resistance and diabetes mellitus type 2
