1. Patients clinically diagnosed by endocrinologist as having Type II diabetes as per American Diabetes Association (ADA) criteria
2. Minimum duration since diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes: 5 years
3. Male sex
4. Age between 30-60 yrs
5. Married and living with partner since past 6 months and are sexually active
6. Those who willing to participate and give their consent for study.
1. Patients with known history of mental illnesses on treatment for the same
2. Patients with chronic medical or surgical conditions
3. Language difficulty to understand and complete questionnaires.
