healthy female and male volunteers, older than 18 years of age, BMI lower 30kg/m2, non-smoker, informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
smoker; acute illness; disorders affecting absorption, digestion, metabolism, and excretion; chronic diseases; intake of antibiotics in the last 6 months; regular medication; known allergy or intolerance against tested food; pregnant and lactating women
