Inclusion Criteria
1. At least 18 years old
2. Severe visual impairment (BCVA better than20/400 but below 20/200) in the better eye
3. Blind (BCVA below 20/400) in the better eye
4. No previous use of a text-to-speech device
5. Able to understand Thai and English
6. Need to read Thai and English text in daily life
Exclusion Criteria
- Cognitive impairment and hearing loss
- Comorbid disease or neurological or musculoskeletal problems affected using the application and activities of daily living
