Maternal morbidities including total operative time, total blood loss, total blood transfusion, early PPH and duration of hospital stay increased significantly. Neonatal morbidities including preterm delivery, small gestational age, mild birth asphyxia, need for PPV, need for oxygen support on ETT or NICU admission increased

pregnant women of gestational age more than 20 weeks who delivered at Srinagarind Hospital and were diagnosed with placenta accreta spectrum using histopathological criteria
