Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient Undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal tube intubation or using Supraglottic airway device
  • •2\.Age ≥18 years old
  • •3\.Appropriately NPO

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.facial fractures, maxillofacial abnormalities, tumors, and cervical spine fractures
  • •2\.history of a difficult airway
  • •3\.a tracheostomy tube or Intubated Patient
  • •4\.Indications for awake and/ or spontaneous breathing airway management technique
  • •5\.Planned Rapid Sequence Induction
  • •6\.Planned using Succinylcholine
