Inclusion Criteria
Eighteen healthy dentists, aged 25-32 years old (ASA class I as classified by American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA))18 who were training in the pediatric dentistry program at the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Mahidol University.
Exclusion Criteria
pregnancy, smoking, and any medical conditions
