- •Volunteers should not:
- •- use light therapy or systemic drugs such as methotrexate or cyclosporine A.
- •- use local topical corticosteroids.
- •- develop psoriasis at wound sites (Köbner phenomenon).
- •- have other skin diseases.
- •- be pregnant
