1. Patient aged between 20 to 70 yrs.
2. Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes mellitus
3. Patients with visual symptoms blurring of vision and floaters.
4. Fundoscopic findings revealing at least one micro aneurysm or intra retinal hemorrhage at least in two to three quadrants.
5. Presence of hard exudates.
6. Early mild IRMA
7. Patients reading and willing to sign the informed consent form.
1. Known case of Gestational Diabetes mellitus. 2. Patients with complete loss of vision or sudden unexplained severe loss of vision.
3. Patients associated with other diagnosed systemic disorders renal, cerebrovascular disease.
4. Patients with known case of glaucoma and central cataract.
5. Patients with signs of retinal detachment, acute vitreous hemorrhage.
6. Other types of Retinopathies like-Hypertensive Retinopathy1, Retinopathies of blood dyscrasias.
