Inclusion Criteria
Patients 19 to 64 years of age undergoing general anesthesia at Kyunghee University Hospital.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with antibiotic use within 3 months
Patients receiving prophylactic antibiotics before surgery
Patients with respiratory lesions
Patients with known respiratory disease
Patients scheduled to undergo an operation with an anesthetic time exceeding 3 hours
